Outside Links and Warranties

Everything is provided “as is,” without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, freshness, uninterrupted access, security, or partner coverage.

To the fullest extent Tennessee law permits, the site is not liable for harm arising from its use. Users agree to hold the site harmless from claims, costs, and legal fees caused by their use or breach of these terms.
Ownership and Access
Site text, graphics, marks, and code belong to the site or its partners and may not be copied, altered, or distributed without written permission. Access may be limited or revoked at any time. Terms may change when a revised version is posted.
Tennessee Law and Severability
Tennessee law governs these terms, and disputes must be filed in Tennessee courts. If one provision is invalid, it will be narrowed only as needed and the rest remain effective. Questions may be sent through the Contact Us page.
